Stoneshore Group is a custom design and build firm focusing on luxury new-builds and additions. Located in Oakville, Ontario, Stoneshore is a family owned and operated business. Stoneshore works with clients to create unique one-of-a-kind custom home builds and designs that strive to meet all their expectations and desires. We create bespoke, site-specific designs to ensure we are taking full advantage of the unique characteristics of each of our clients’ properties. Once designs are complete we work with clients to move their designs through the necessary administrative streams, and once all approvals are granted, Stoneshore begins constructing. Throughout the process of construction on custom home building projects in Oakville, we work with our qualified, professional, and talented trades to craft structurally sound and exquisitely detailed homes. Stoneshore Group always ensures our clients love their home.
PETER AND TERRI
Peter and Terri Marit started Stoneshore Group over 20 years ago in the town where they met – Oakville, Ontario. Over the years Peter worked as a tradesman, then with Terri as a realtor, as vice-president of one of the largest new-home builders in Ontario, and then as president of Stoneshore Group. Peter and Terri clearly love working together, and their passion for each other and their work has propelled Stoneshore to where it is today.
PAST BUSINESS
Over the years, Stoneshore has been commissioned to design and construct over 100 luxury homes. Operating mainly in Oakville and some surrounding areas such as Burlington, Mississauga, and Etobicoke, Stoneshore has also worked with many of Oakville`s talented architects as a Custom Home Builder in Oakville. Over our years in the business we have often had the honour to work with the same clients more than once. Our clients also confidently refer us to their family and friends - a great compliment and a testament to the Stoneshore experience. These two sources have proven to constitute the majority of our business.
MOVING FORWARD
Stoneshore started with Peter and Terri, but has now grown to include Alex and Carmen, transforming it into a multi-generational family business of Custom Home Builders in Oakville. We intend to continue working together to craft beautiful custom homes for many years to come.
