Brian Barry, Chairman of the Board:

Brian has over 25 years of experience in management, product commercialization, and as a corporate director in Canada, the US and Europe, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the fleet tracking industry. He is Chairman of PinPoint and Neuralitic and is a director of Optosecurity and ClickFree. As previous Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson Canada, he understands the significant impact that businesses can achieve with the deployment of PinPoint tracking and mobile solutions and strives to make it known to others.

Jeff Brunet, Advisor to the Board & Chief Technology Officer:

Jeff is an invaluable asset to defining technology products and strategies for GPS tracking. He is an expert in bringing new technologies to market with over 15 years of proven architecture, systems integration, and technology management experience. Jeff is currently Chief Technology Officer at Clickfree, and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Bitfone Corporation, Chief Solutions Architect with Amdocs Canada, Senior Solutions Architect for Solect Technology Group and Technical Director at AracNet Internet Systems. Jeff holds a number of issued patents in the wireless space and is the lead inventor on more than 30 pending patents.

Kathy Weston, Advisor to the Board:

Kathy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in Retail, Public Accounting, Finance and Procurement. She is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Holt Renfrew. Kathy was also VP, Finance and Controller for the Loblaw Group of Companies as well as Controller for Marks and Spencers. She is an effective team leader, driving key transformations, including a specialized retail concept into 250 stores within an $800 multi-channel, national retailer. Kathy is a respected Chartered Accountant with key roles in Public Accounting as SVP Finance for Midland Walwyn Canada and Audit for Price Waterhouse. She is a customer centric leader with strategic and operational vision.
