As a single mother of three, I learned early on that my massage time was my only true “me” time. I recognized the need in our community for a Massage Center that would exceed expectations for massage and do so at an affordable price.

By opening the very first LaVida Massage Franchise in Canada, we are able to help people just like you find a place where you can go to relax, recover from injuries, and improve your overall wellness.
