I enjoyed the fact that I mention to the massage therapist the trigger points that I always have and she was able to work through the muscles. The therapist was also very knowledgeable and was able to inform me with lots of information that I wasn't aware of. I like everything about LaVida Massage! (Including the fact that the cost is covered by our employers' insurance company) My husband and I treated ourselves to a 'couples massage'. Great idea.
